Closest beach to downtown Montevideo
Playa Ramirez is the closest beach to downtown Montevideo but, in my opinion, it's not the most beautiful beach in the city. However, it does have a nice large park nearby where you can go for a stroll with your significant other. It's the perfect Sunday plan in Montevideo.
