The tip of the island
Battery Park is where Manhattan starts or ends, depending if you're from the south or not. It's the tip of the island and from it you can see the Statue of Liberty and the neighboring state of New Jersey. Time seems to slow down in the city and it is the promenade of a city without a sea.
