Barcelos Tourism Office

Although previously situated inside the Torre da Porta Nova, the tourist office of Barcelos is currently facing the rear facade of the tower, in a building situated in Largo Dr. Jose Novais. It is a starting place to begin the tour of the city, as in the surrounding area there are the main tourist and historical points of interest. However, in different parts of the city's one can find tourist maps and location, and in front of each monument or landmark building there are explanatory plaques for visitors to read.
