Marvelous and charming bar
In Logroño, there’s a charming and family-friendly place where there’s a marvelous pintxos bar and a phenomenal Spanish omelet with peppers, the latter of which was runner-up in La Rioja’s first Tortilla Championship held during Logroño’s reign as Spain’s official culinary capital.
But beyond the Spanish omelet, other hits are the pork skins (which get gobbled up as soon as they hit the table), the zapatillas (toast with tomato and Serrano ham), the tapas, the txaka sandwiches, the piquillo peppers stuffed with meat, spinach, or shrimp, the river eel sandwiches, the spicy patatas bravas, and the wonderful fried squid on Sundays.
