A friend who worked with me recommended this as a good place to have a drink, and I'm glad that we did. It's in the CBD, surrounded by skyscrapers. There's a dress code - no shorts, no sandals - I went with polo, jeans and smart trainers on a Thursday, but at the weekend you'll need dressier shoes. Admission was $ 50 SNG (about 32 €). You go up the elevator to the floor 72 and start to hear the music. It's a spectacular place with beautiful views all around. Highly recommended!
