Baños Centrales de Sofía - Central Mineral Bath

Los Baños Centrales de Sofia es uno de los edificios más bonitos y llamativos del centro histórico de Sofia. Construido a principios del siglo XX, Los Baños Centrales recuerdan a los famosos baños de Budapest con su arquitectura vienesa, sus adornos, su mármol y pintura amarilla. Aunque un baño calentito suena fenomenal, sobre todo durante los inviernos duros de Sofia, no te emociones - los baños ya no están operativos. Hoy en día, alberga el Museo de la Ciudad de Sofia que contiene objetos de la historia de la ciudad. Aunque la visita al museo es muy barata (6 lev, si recuerdo bien), no fui durante mi escapada a Sofia porque la verdad es que no soy muy de museos. Aún así, tengo que admitir que el edificio es precioso, y posiblemente el edificio más fotogénico de Sofia. Así que, aún si no te apetece visitar al museo, recomiendo encarecidamente pasar por el museo simplemente para disfrutar de su arquitectura elegante y su belleza.
