Old fishing town with white sands
Once we were in Banff Bay, we got to what was the old fishing town in Banff, formed by a row of low houses, a few meters from the ocean. Walking along the beach we are in a new bay, where we found one of the best beaches, both bay and beach share the name: Inverboyndie. The white sand beach is famous for surfing, the waves rise there, which are perfect for practicing, despite the low temperatures of the water. The beach is lovely and on sunny days it is a fantastic stroll through the area, for the quiet, the aroma of ocean and white sands. It is common to see people fishing there, walking their dogs or just spending a day with the family.
