Bamboo Restaurant

Bamboo is one of the thematic restaurants in the Palladium Complex. It is adjacent to the hotel lobby of the 5-star Grand Palladium Bavaro, but you don't need to stay there - the restaurants can be used by any people staying at the resort. This restaurant is open for dinner only, from 18.30 to 22h (best to make an appointment if you're going at 20h, as it's usually crowded). It specialises in Chinese and Asian cuisine, and is an a la carte restaurant. The design looks like a pagoda, with tables and wicker chairs, and even a couple of tables where you sit on the floor, in the Japanese style. We dined very well.
