    Fantastic hotel with water palace

    Excellent

What a shame I can’t show you pictures from inside the spa or the Water Palace. For me, the second best experience of the weekend by the Rias Baixas.

The hotel itself is amazing. Super comfortable and with a quite pleasant and attentive service.

But its real strength is its Water Palace. A circuit of absolutely incredible natural waters (derived from an adjacent ancient spring). The best part of the circuit is the sauna with rear bath in a natural water pool located on an open-air terrace.

The situation was as follows: between rock and rock, Mr Mauro Fuente, next to him the always cheerful and happy Mr Pons, Jimmy Pons; and just in front the Finn Lasse and a server. The trick is to leave the sauna, walk three meters to 8th and quickly get in the warm pool from which, logically emanates steam.

After a while of talking loosely it started raining so imagine the most incredible moment. Hotel 100% recommended.

Magical place that gets better over time

Mondariz is one of those magical places that gets better over time. An area that in 1873 was able to unite, artists, politicians, intellectuals, people looking for an ideal ... an atmosphere of charm, tradition, peace and luxury, especially "belle époque".

A historical basis that came with the twentieth century adapts primarily to new forms of relaxation, recreation and rest, to become a unique destination. A unique experience in the heart of Mondariz – Balneario in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The service and customer attention make this hotel the perfect place for leisure or for business meetings.

Its majestic granite building combines the history of over 125 years with elements of contemporary architecture and the latest technology.

Water is to Mondariz – Balneario its past, present and future. This mineral water is the result of the passage of rainwater through the subsurface of the earth, and as such has been able to acquire those minerals over the years, more than 70 years. Indeed, the water that fell as rain in Mondariz in 30 years now flows from the springs and Gandara Troncoso.
