Balcobo Beach
This beach has strong waves, but in the morning the tide is very low and it is quieter, so you can walk through the rocks and caves. It has a restaurant, public and private parking, camping and lifeguards.

I visited this beach July 2016. It now has lifeguard posts from 12 noon until 20.00 hours. This is also a lovely restaurant & cafe, toilets and an ice cream parlour. The beach is beautifully clean and it has new walk ways with easy access for wheelchairs. There are self-catering areas where you can picnic and relax. It is a hidden Gem in the Galician coastline.
