If you're in Lisbon and you are driving, here's a must: from the center to Cascais. After going through Algés and Caxias, with the sea on your left, you will see the Dolphin Bay Restaurant. You can eat very well in Portugal. This site is no exception. The terrace in front of the sea invites long lunches, snacks and drinks but undoubtedly the desserts and ice cream stand out.
