Caribbean tapas
I went to Bahama Breeze in Miami a year or so ago, first for a snack on my way home but then I decided to check it out for dinner. In Miami, people usually have dinner a little later and when we went the kitchen was open, and most people were on the terrace having tapas. We started the evening with a glass of wine and some tapas on the Caribbean-themed terrace with Latin music and waiters in brightly-colored shirts. A breeze blew across the terrace, causing the tiki-torches to flicker in the evening light. Even though it's miles from the beach, you feel like you're right on the water.
