Bab El Louk Market

The Bab el Louk souk dates back more than 80 years. As you can see, the front door bears inscriptions in French. Now is a pretty sloppy, but you can find traces of the past in its corners. It is a food market, which was once one of the city's gourmet areas. When expatriates moved to live in residential areas, they left the Souk Bab el Louk almost abandoned.
