Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn Wien hotel

This was the old house belonging to Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria, with plant trees by the entrance. Today, it is a four-star hotel with over 300 rooms. The public areas are magnificent, but the rooms are in need of improvement. We booked three spacious rooms, but there was no air conditioning or water heater, and the carpets were very old. Still, the views are just gorgeous. The subway is close by, and the breakfast is varied and delicious.
