A large collection of art
The Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki (Auckland) was built in 1888. It is the largest institution in New Zealand art, with a collection of over 12,000 works. The oldest dates back to 1376. On the upper floor there are special exhibitions featuring works by New Zealand and international artists.
