Au Trappiste

Au Trappist is a Belgian brewery style restaurant on Rue Saint Denis in the center of Paris (1st district). This street also leads to the Les Halles district, known for its shopping and its proximity to Georges Pompidou. The restaurant features traditional "fried mussels" served in a "typically Belgian" folk tavern, there's no balcony but it's covered and heated and the setting is non-smoking. It serves other traditional cuisine specialties like pancakes and sausages, it's open every day until late at night and is accessible by subway and bus. Credit cards are accepted.
