This restaurant has changed more than its name. Located on the fourth floor of the theatre, it overlooks the rooftops of Bilbao. The new team that has taken over the restaurant promises a great gastronomic experience. We tried the menu of the day for 17 euros. Creative cuisine, with generous portions and good service. The wine, a Chilean cabernet-sauvignon, was just perfect; interestingly, the wine is changed on a weekly basis.
