A very romantic hotel
This is a 4 * hotel in Lisbon, next to the Art Museum. It has a bus and tram stop nearby, so although it's not in the centre, it's easy to get around town. As for the hotel, it's simply spectacular. It's in a renovated palace, with a neat style, very welcoming. On the top floor is a library with a fireplace, and a terrace offering beautiful views of the River Tagus. The bar serves a wide variety of drinks to savour on the terrace. The rooms are nice, just the right size - not too small, but also without any empty space.
They have all the details you would want: air conditioning, TV, high speed internet, full soundproofing, a well-maintained bathroom, bathrobe and slippers, umbrella, desk, TV, and DVD player.
As for breakfast, it has a wide variety of sweet and savoury offerings, with juices, cheese, and a bottle of cava. If weather is nice it's served on a great outdoor terrace, and if not, in the back room, which is also very nice. If you want to enjoy Lisbon in a good hotel, where the staff are very friendly and everything is perfect, this is your place. Only thing, the price starts at 155 € for a double ... but it's worth it.
