As gorgeous as always

We've visited several times, and it was as gorgeous as always, but I want to highlight two things. For one, the reindeer carpaccio, and gin and tonic in three textures. This dessert is amazing, a novelty and I was left amazed. Don't hesitate to try it if you have it, it wasn't on the menu. Restaurant 10/10, as usual.
