Arena del Sole Theatre is in the heart of Bologna, built in a neoclassical style, it calls your attention enough from afar, especially its facade, with those impressive columns. It was inaugurated on July 5, 1810 and for a century it served as a theater, until in 1949 it was left to be only a cinema only. In 1984 it was acquired by the city of Bologna, ve returned it to its pre-theatrical activity.
