Ferry to the Isle of Arran
Recently, we decided to explore the Isle of Arran, Scotland. This is the southernmost island of the Firth of Clyde. The most convenient way to travel here is through the port town of Adrossan on the west coast of Scotland. There are frequent trains from the city, perfectly coordinated with the ferry timetable. The harbour is small and full with ferries. Beside the passenger port you'll find the Clyde Marina. For about 70 pounds for a round trip with one car (three adults), we spent around 50 minutes on the ferry before disembarking on the Isle of Arran.
