Ardenlee Guest House

Super well located, just a few blocks from the old part of Edinburgh, it's a very quiet neighborhood. This guest house is highly recommended- 100/100. The little hotel, located in a typical multi-story house, looks like it's been renovated a little. Its rooms are spacious, the bathrooms, although small, have everything you could need. The heat works really well and you won't even feel the Edinburgh chill in December.
If Ardenlee is full, its owners are the proprietors of another house right next door, which has also been converted into a guest house that's just as cozy as its neighbor. The guest house has a variety of cheap good restaurants a half a block away and Chinese delivery that's pretty good.
