Monterey Bay Aquarium

Amazing! If you have kids, you can't miss it! The aquarium in Monterey is small but fantastic, with many interesting marine creatures. You can stroll over two floors or sit outside and see whales and marine animals in their natural habitat. Colorful and bright, in one room you'll find seahorses of all kinds, in another algae, fish, and in another, sharks. Admission is expensive ($37) but worth it. We could touch starfish and seaweed, and see all kinds of creatures!

It's impossible to visit without stopping at the Monterey Aquarium! Described as one of the finest in the world, it is indeed very impressive. Inside you'll find a huge variety of species of fish, jellyfish, otters, turtles, flamingos, starfish and even more! Towards the beginning of the visit, you'll see a lrge tank where a diver handfeeds the fish while a guide provides information on the mic. It's informative not only for the kids but for adults too.

It actually connect to the ocean so there's a huge variety of sea animals.
