Tigh Mor Trossachs is a holiday apartment complex located on Lake Venachar at the foot of the famous Ben A'an mountain. It has a heated pool, game room, gym and even its own cafe. And all for the modest price of...well, that's the thing...the prices aren't modest.
The building was once the palace of the Marquis of Montrose in the times of Rob Roy (a kind of Scottish Robin Hood immortalized in film by Liam Neeson). This is where it is believed that the Scottish bandit defended his honor against the power of the Argyll family. Anyways, these are beautiful luxury apartments so the price is pretty high.
The location in the heart of the Trossachs National Park, though, is priceless.
