The building was built in a rocky area overlooking the sea and the bay of Roses. It is situated 2 minutes from the old town of L'Escala where the small beach "Del Port". Just in front of the building is the "Creu" cove. The building is only about 200m from the main beach of Empurias. A little further away you'll find ruins of the Greco-Roman city with its famous museum and the delicious l'Esculapi restaurant. Every apartment has a fantastic view of the sea and share a garden and pool that's located in front of the sea. Every stairwell has a lift. It's a quiet area to spend a relaxing holiday.
