Antamina Mine

I want to show pictures from another trip, this time to the Antamina mining company located in Huaraz, the largest producer of copper and zinc from Peru. The company began operating in 2001 and it currently employs about 1500 perople. Like Yanacocha, Southern, Barrick, and the recent project Tintaya Toromocho it has become a large national mining joint venture. Enjoy the photo!
