Amelibia Restaurant

Amelibia Restaurant is in one of the strategic locations on the wine route in Laguardia and it's known for being a nice restaurant that's carefully decorated with good lighting and beautiful views of the vineyards. The restaurant serves Basque cuisine and is characterized both by the presentation of its dishes, as it is by the raw ingredients used, the sauces accompanying the dishes, and the personal touch they give their creations. Within its varied menu there are dishes like cod carpaccio in aioli, txanguro salad with a berry vinaigrette, lecherillas sauteed with prawns, breaded monkfish medallions with pistachios in an American sauce, and finally braised veal cheeks with red wine.
