Altair Restaurant

The Altair Restaurant is a magnificent restaurant in every way. Its environment and views over the river and the Calatrava Bridge, as well as its high rise kitchen (raw material, technique, creativity and craft) designed by Ramon Case, attentive and professional service run by Geli, then there are the dishes, glassware, and decor. The restaurant has a Michelin one star rating, but in my opinion it deserves more (1 +). A real discovery!
