Lovely
Sometimes you discover little places that become an experience all on their own. The big resorts usually have plenty of restaurants for the traveler to find one that best suits their needs. One of my favorites is the Porch in the Villa del Conde. It is under a kind of artificial cave that is open to one of the hotel pools, so all the tables have an enviable view. To begin with we ordered potatoes with mojo and a Canary cheese board which was really good (I love aged cheese, what good cheeses the Canaries have!). For the main course a pizzeta mozzarella, prosciutto and arugula - delicious. Although I don't have pictures, I also recommend the roast beef and mustard baguette - it is one of the most spectacular sandwiches I've had in my life and I get hungry just thinking about it! For dessert, a glass of chocolate milk with cream.
