Alma Grand Place Hotel

We had been told it was near the Central Station, but we didn't realise how close it was - just a 3 minute walk away. The guy at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. We got our keys and went up to our room; to our surprise it was two floors, with very steep stairs. The bed was upstairs, the bathroom and closet below. It was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. The best thing about the hotel is its location, close to everything (4 min from the Grand Place). The worst thing was the pillow, which was very uncomfortable. We asked to change them, but they brought us more of the same.
