Alcácima Hermitage

At the beautiful top of the Alcácima hill, next to the gazebo is where I found this little chapel that was recently recovered by City Hall . It's a single-nav church with a rectangular granite facade that's topped with a small belfry. I wasn't able to go inside because it was closed, but from the gate I could see the high altar, which was a polychrome wooden altarpiece with the image of the Virgin with Jesus
