Agde City

The city of Agde can be found just a few miles away from Cap d'Agde on the gorgeous Mediterranean coast. It is a place that's rich in culture and history. The city of Agde was founded by the Greeks 2600 years ago. Marco Polo gave it the nickname of "the Black Pearl". Thanks to maritime trade, the town experienced a rich splendor. It was the second oldest city in France, and if you ask the people can feel some magic in it ... As if centuries of history would have given a soul.
