Adeje

La petite ville d´Adeje se trouve dans la commune du même nom, au sud de Tenerife. Apres la commune d´Arona, c´est celle qui a le plus grandi en termes d´habitants lors de la dernière décennie. Aujourd´hui, c´est une ville, mais qui a su grandir plus discrètement que Los Cristianos, et sans renoncer à son esthétique. L´urbanisation et l´aménagement du territoire ont été plus sérieusement pensés, ce qui en fait aujourd´hui un village attractif, avec beaucoup d´espace vert et des rues spacieuses. La partie la plus ancienne d´Adeje se trouve à flanc de colline, collé sur la base montagneuse qui ensuite constitue le Teide, le volcan qui culmine à plus de 3800 mètres d´altitude au centre de l´ile. On trouve donc beaucoup de rues fortement inclinées. Sur la partie la plus haute se trouve l´église avec de belles maisons anciennes. En descendant de là on a la mairie et une place qui est le point de rencontre des habitants et de célébration des fêtes. Adeje a un centre multisports récent assez populaire parmi la communauté, et en sortant de la ville on a le golf d´Adeje et beaucoup de grands commerces. Depuis le haut du village, on peut faire une excursion vers le Barranco del Infierno, qui met 3h30 de marche aller retour.

El pueblo de Adeje está en el municipio de su mismo nombre, al sur de Tenerife. Después del municipio de Arona, éste es el que más ha crecido en población durante la última década. Aunque el pueblo de Adeje ha crecido sin parar, lo ha hecho siempre más discretamente que Los Cristianos. Ha llevado una ordenación del territorio algo más seria y planeada, lo que ha evolucionado en un pueblo atractivo, con numerosos espacios verdes y calles espaciosas. La parte más antigua de Adeje está en lo alto de una ladera, pegado a la base de las montañas que, a grosso modo, constituyen la base del Teide. Por lo tanto encontramos numerosas calles de gran pendiente. En lo más alto está la iglesia junto a varias casas antiguas. Bajando desde este punto tenemos el Ayuntamiento y una plaza que hace de escenario y es punto de encuentro para numerosos eventos que se celebran a lo largo del año. Adeje tiene un reciente centro polideportivo muy popular entre la comunidad deportiva de su municipio. Cerca del pueblo encontraremos el Golf de Adeje y varias tiendas de grandes superficies. En la parte alta del pueblo está la entrada al conocido barranco del Infierno, una excursión de unas 3h30 ida y vuelta.

Estamos en costa adeje en un hotel un poco anticuado pero que tiene salida directa a la playa. El hotel es tranquilo con una buena piscina y zonas vip. Lo mejor el personal muy amable y agradecido y cansado de tanto giri. Recomiendo ir a a probar al pueblo de adeje el pollo al mojo, elegir uno de los bares cerca de la iglesia y a poder ser uno con gente canaria. No es demasiado caro 21-25 euros dos personas y esta buenísimo

We are in Costa Adeje in a hotel a little dated but has direct access to the beach. The hotel is quiet with a good pool and VIP areas. The best the staff very friendly and appreciative and tired of giri. I recommend going aa Adeje prove to the people of al mojo chicken, choose one of the bars near the church and to be one with Canarian people. Not too expensive 21 to 25 euros two people and this terrific

Comes de maravilla, tiene unas playas preciosas y una gente estupenda. La única pega que le pongo es el tema del aparcamiento. Cuesta muchísimo aparcar, mas si no te estas hospedando en ninguno de los hoteles cercanos

Beautiful village to make it a must see. Wonderful food, has lovely beaches and great people. The only problem I put is the parking issue. It costs a lot to park, but if you are not staying at any of the nearby hotels
