Hotel Acosta Centro

I couldn’t stay at this hotel but I was eating for a while in the restaurant and the impression I had was fantastic.

To start with, the restaurant’s decoration itself is striking. Everything is precise down to the smallest detail, and that’s always a good sign. Then, the service is attentive and unbeatable. Also, we were lucky enough to meet the manager and he attended us very warmly.

The food itself was excellent and always served with a good glass of wine, something that assured that our trip along the Wine Route started on a good note. During the quick visit we made to the hotel (located, by the way, in the historic center), it seemed like a highly recommendable place to stay.

The hotel Acosta Centro is the only four-star hotel in Almendralejo, and its restaurant, Olivares, is on the level of what a hotel has to offer.

It specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, with traditional Extremadura recipes reinterpreted with a cutting edge. The cellar deserves a special mention, with over 140 references.
