A Delicious Sweet Bouzov Medieval Castle

This scrumptious cake is made from sweet yeast dough and served with jam and curd. Some also eat it with whipped cream. It is called LIVANCE and we stumbled upon it during a visit to the medieval castle of Bouzov, where there are many craft stalls and typical local products.
