Exceeded my expectations
El Celler de la Puntaire is certainly a prime example of ecological gastronomy, that works with small producers and rejects any fish that doesn't comply with relevant measures. They offer shrimp caught by fishermen from Blanes. Its products are GMO-free, their fruit is always seasonal, and they don't use additives or artificial flavourings. I was there in late spring, and after several days of researching where we could go to dinner, I discovered this little restaurant. I thought it was interesting from the website, but both the place and the service exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and the staff, excellent.
